On October 25, a delegation of three librarians from Oregon's Horner Exchange, led by Jennifer Cox, visited Fujian Normal University (FNU) for an exchange. President Wang Changping welcomed the visitors, along with officials from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange and the university library.
During the visit, both parties introduced the development of their respective libraries and discussed academic exchange and library management. They agreed that the visit provided valuable insights into each other's practices and strengthened their rapport. This exchange of knowledge and experience is a significant step towards promoting library resource sharing and fostering mutually beneficial cooperation between the two libraries.
Following the meeting, Jennifer Cox and her delegation toured FNU's History Museum, the Youxuan Library, the 24-Hour Reading Room, and the Ancient Book Restoration Center at the Cangshan Campus Library.
